Chelly Belly Designs is finally putting itself out there! After years of making handmade accessories it's about time I make something of it. My name is Chelsea Hebting and I have a love for creativity. As my mom would say, "She loves to craft". That is so true, not a day goes by that I'm not making a mess somewhere in the house creating something new. Everything you see on here can be custom made to fit just you!
